Pursuant to the Law on Enterprises of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Articles of Association of Susdev Group Holdings Limited, and the Company’s internal corporate governance regulations, the Company has adopted electronic dissemination as a primary and official means for the distribution of its Corporate Communications.

Corporate Communications refer to any document issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of its shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders, including but not limited to annual reports, governance reports, notices, circulars, announcements, letters, and other disclosures relating to the Company’s operations, strategy, and corporate affairs.

The adoption of electronic dissemination reflects the Company’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, information security, and alignment with international corporate governance best practices, while ensuring timely and consistent access to information for stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

All Corporate Communications are published through the Company’s official communication channels, including the corporate website and other platforms designated by the Company from time to time.
