Mr. Vo Hoang Minh Hai also known as Nguyen Hoang Minh is a Vietnamese entrepreneur and Co CEO of Susdev Group Holdings Limited. He is the founder of Susdev Group which was established in Hanoi in 2017 and has played a defining role in shaping the Group’s long term strategic vision and organizational structure from its earliest stage.

He currently serves as a senior executive board member of Vertel Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City where he has been actively involved in corporate governance technology driven strategy and cross sector development planning. Mr. Zhang Weihao also known internationally as William Zhang is a Chinese entrepreneur technology executive and strategic investor with extensive experience in corporate governance digital infrastructure and cross border development. He is a Co Founder Vice Chairman and Chief Information Officer of Vertel Corporation and serves as the principal executive responsible for Susdev Group Hong Kong and Shenzhen operations, overseeing strategy management and regional execution for both entities.

With a career spanning many years across China and the Asia Pacific region Mr. Zhang has developed deep expertise in enterprise systems digital governance investment technology and large scale operational integration. He plays a central role in aligning technology architecture with long term corporate strategy ensuring that digital infrastructure supports sustainable growth transparency and scalability across diversified business portfolios.

Mr. Zhang is the primary managing executive for Susdev Group activities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen where he oversees regional governance cross border coordination and strategic development initiatives. His responsibilities include executive oversight of property related investments hospitality feasibility studies and aviation aligned research platforms ensuring consistency between regional operations and the Group’s long term vision.

Academically he holds a Master degree in Information Systems and Technology Management from Chongqing University where his academic work focused on enterprise systems architecture data driven management and infrastructure intelligence. He earned his Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with multiple academic distinctions. In addition he has completed internationally certified executive programs in corporate leadership digital transformation infrastructure planning and strategic management through global professional education platforms and executive institutes.
