Milestones

Susdev Group Holdings Limited was founded in Hanoi by Mr. Vo Hoang Minh Hai, initially established as a property consulting and design advisory firm. The company’s early focus was on feasibility studies, master planning support and high-end residential consulting, forming the strategic and research foundation for future growth.

Susdev Group consolidated its presence in Vietnam through premium residential and mixed-use development advisory projects, particularly in urban growth areas. This year marked the refinement of Susdev’s research-led planning methodology, combining market intelligence, architectural coordination and long-term asset value analysis.

The company expanded into large-scale master planning and resort-oriented developments, including coastal and destination-based projects. In the same year, Susdev Group received its first professional recognition for excellence in design coordination and development strategy within Vietnam’s premium real estate sector, strengthening its credibility among private developers.

Facing global uncertainty, Susdev Group shifted its focus toward strategic research, scenario planning and long-term feasibility advisory. The company supported clients in restructuring development timelines and preparing post-disruption recovery strategies, reinforcing its role as a long-term strategic partner rather than a short-term consultant.

During the peak impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Susdev Group adopted a measured and conservative growth strategy, prioritizing internal capability building, market intelligence and regional feasibility research. This period laid the groundwork for international expansion and sector diversification once market conditions stabilized.
