Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement

At Susdev Group Holdings Limited, we recognize that diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental to sustainable growth, responsible governance, and long-term value creation. We are committed to fostering a workplace where individuals of different backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and identities are respected, valued, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the Group’s development. We believe that an inclusive culture strengthens innovation, enhances decision-making quality, and reinforces organizational resilience across the markets in which we operate.

We uphold the principles of equality and non-discrimination as articulated in internationally recognized standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (United Nations, 1948) and the International Labour Organization’s Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (ILO Convention No. 111). We are committed to ensuring equal opportunity in recruitment, promotion, training, compensation, and professional development, without discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristics.

In jurisdictions where the Group operates, we comply with applicable national legislation concerning equality and labor protection. In Vietnam, we observe the principles of equality and non-discrimination in accordance with the Labour Code 2019 (Vietnam) and the Law on Gender Equality 2006 (Vietnam). In the People’s Republic of China, we align with the Labour Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Employment Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China, which prohibit employment discrimination. In Singapore, we support fair employment practices consistent with the Employment Act 1968 (Singapore) and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Singapore). In Malaysia, we operate in accordance with the Employment Act 1955 (Malaysia) and relevant anti-discrimination provisions under Malaysian labor regulations. Where international best practices exceed minimum legal requirements, we endeavor to adopt higher standards consistent with responsible corporate governance.

Equity within the Group means ensuring fair access to opportunities, resources and advancement, recognizing that individuals may require different forms of support to achieve equal outcomes. We promote merit-based evaluation systems that are transparent, objective, and aligned with clearly defined performance criteria. Leadership development and succession planning processes are structured to encourage diverse representation at managerial and board levels, reinforcing balanced perspectives in strategic oversight.

We are committed to maintaining a work environment free from harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or any form of unfair treatment. All employees are expected to uphold professional conduct grounded in mutual respect and accountability. We encourage open dialogue and provide appropriate channels through which employees may raise concerns regarding discrimination or inequitable practices, with assurances of confidentiality and protection against retaliation.

Through continuous monitoring, policy review, and leadership accountability, Susdev Group seeks to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into its corporate culture and governance framework. By doing so, we aim not only to comply with legal obligations but also to cultivate a workplace that reflects our values of integrity, fairness, and shared progress across all regions where we operate.
